We do all three, in the same building, and that changes what we are committing to: whatever we recommend, we will have to run ourselves, on machines we own.

Off-site backups, replication, hosted servers: all of it can sit in our machine room in Sélestat — multi-fibre at 8 Gb/s per link, electricity partly solar, European law.
